This notice covers the Forward Deployed Legal Capability guide and self assessment. Josh Kubicki is responsible for the information collected through this site.

What is collected

The assessment collects your answers, scores, role and organization information, and the source that brought you to the site. If you choose to provide them after receiving your result, it also collects your first name, email address, and newsletter consent.

How it is used

To produce and improve the assessment and its benchmark.
To send your benchmark when it is available.
To send The Brainyacts newsletter only when you expressly choose it.

Published findings will be presented in aggregate. Personal information is not sold.

Where it is kept

Netlify hosts the site. Supabase stores assessment responses and optional contact information. Contact details are stored separately from assessment records and linked through a private response identifier.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw newsletter consent, by contacting jkubicki@transformlegal.com.

Assessment limitation. This is a self reported development and team conversation tool. It is not a validated employment selection instrument and should not be used to rank candidates or make hiring decisions.
